Hello Friends,
Last weekend, we hosted our Confirmation students and their families in the Worship & Event Center as they shared their understanding of the Christian faith and what it means to them during our Expressions of Faith event. It was incredibly encouraging and inspiring to see the many ways God has been working in their lives and helping them grow in their faith and trust in Christ!
This Sunday, those students will gather again for the Rite of Confirmation at 11:00 AM in the Sanctuary. As they prepare to confirm the vows that were made on their behalf in their Baptisms and profess their Christian faith once again, I encourage you to keep these 53 students and their families in your prayers. Ask the Lord to strengthen their faith, root them deeply in His Word, help them receive His grace and forgiveness, and continue to guide them as they grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Please note that Confirmation is an additional service this weekend. Our regular worship times remain unchanged, and we will celebrate and receive the Lord’s Supper together this weekend at each service.
I’m thankful for the opportunity we have as a church family to surround these young people with encouragement, prayer, and support during this milestone in their faith formation.
May God be with you and bless you and your families in the one true faith!
Your Brother in Christ,
Pastor Brad
