Dear Breakout Speakers,

We are less than a month away from the Best Practices for Ministry - Heartland Conference in Frankenmuth—yikes! We are praying for all of you, as well as everyone who will be attending the conference.

All attendees, including speakers, will soon receive an email with several important conference details, including information about our conference app. We wanted to give you a quick preview so you can begin using the app to review the full conference schedule, including your breakout session time and location. See below for instructions on how to join.

We have done our best to accommodate everyone’s requests, but please let us know as soon as possible if we missed something or if your scheduled day or time needs to be adjusted. You also have the option to add more information to your speaker profile in the app.

All breakout sessions will be held in classroom-style rooms equipped with an HDMI connection to a projector screen. The Wi-Fi password will be available at registration for anyone who may need internet access.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. We truly appreciate the time and effort you are giving to be part of the conference, and we pray for safe travels for each of you.

Blessings,

Pam Kaiser and the BPH Committee
